Priceless is a London based producer who’s sound lurks in the grey areas of grime, garage and bass music. Over the last few years, he’s collaborated with the likes of Wiley, namesbliss, Logan, Lyrical Strally & more to create a hybrid launchpad for MCs to spit over. Griz-O is an MC born and raised in Gloucester, his latest project ‘Out Of Bounds‘ featuring production from OH91.

Their latest track is titled ‘Spaceman’. The track features Griz-O spin his pen to tell a tale of relationships. The lyrics are longing, drenched in the same yearning as the beat is. It works well: grime tunes about relationships tend to follow the par for course wifey route, or end up descending into sickly innuendos. The beat is as the title suggests – space age. It’s a minimal affair, but the synths and bass that Priceless does use are loaded with clout, giving the track enough bite to back up the vocalist. Overall, it’s an A-Grade link up. We’d love to see more MCs vocal beats a bit left of centre than the norm.
